I'm transgender and live in the US, but my mother and many of my close family members are from Poland, and I have a ton of family in Poland. Luckily the ones who live here don't have any negative opinions of LGBT people (for the most part). This year I started transitioning, and one of my biggest fears when I fully come out is causing a divide between those who support me and those who don't / those who are currently living in Poland. I fully anticipate it will be a complete mess. I'm also sad because I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to go to Poland because of this. It's strange having such a rich heritage and culture that I feel like I'm being forced to abandon.

Seriously, a lot of Democrats are also in the pockets of major corporations. AOC is really good at communicating why money has come to dominate politics and why it is bad. But, a lot of Democrats like money being in politics because they like getting money.
