I couldn’t imagine not cancelling plans especially since most of the places will be spring break hot spots. Maybe I’d go and take precautions if it was a wholesome little spring break where there were not thousands of different people visiting and leaving the same city every week for about a month and a half long. Scary stuff.I'm at a university and nine of the undergrads care. They think this is all overblown media panic. I will yield if I am not passing cars who are in the right lane. However, I am not going to slip behind someone in the right lane, be forced to slow down and then risk trying to get back in the left lane to get going again.
