Like, three times the past couple weeks I’ve been behind someone going around 10 under, and when I finally get to a dotted yellow line to pass them, as soon as my blinker goes on they speed up, and then if I back down, they slow down again. If I gun it and pass them anyway, they will GET UP TO LIKE TEN OVER THE SPEED LIMIT before I can actually get past them. And THEN they’ll ride my ass the rest of the drive. It’s the most bizarre dumbass infuriating thing.
