I asked my uncle who lives in Cheasapeake VA about the safety of their town if a real big storm were to hit, anything over a 3 in strenght would wipe them out and if I believe the scaling of a storm goes up to five, and the coming storms will have a possibility of being worse than anything ever seen before, meaning worse than 5..Glad I live 80m above the sea here in Norway.. I fail to make a convincing enough justification to compensate for the misery I've caused and I'm pulled out of my Yaris by my neck.
