I couldn’t imagine not cancelling plans especially since most of the places will be spring break hot spots. Maybe I’d go and take precautions if it was a wholesome little spring break where there were not thousands of different people visiting and leaving the same city every week for about a month and a half long. Scary stuff.I'm at a university and nine of the undergrads care. They think this is all overblown media panic.
