Downvotes on legitimate questions. It hasn't happened to me, but I see it all the time on questions that I might have asked. I understand that the downvotes are probably due to either an easily answerable question, or people assuming the question are not in good faith and intended to troll. But even in those circumstances, I don't think it is good to downvote as that discourages legitimate questions from people who are actually trying to learn. Questioning and learning should be encouraged, and it bothers me that it isn't here most of the time.
