I should note that it snowed about 1 cm twice this winter in Krakow. 15 years ago it hit -28C on two different days and we had a bunch of snow on many different days. The summers here are noticeably hotter now as well, and spring starts earlier each year. We had a few colder days last week and then our own national weather service announced "Yey, the warmth is coming back next weekend!"
