And when you get upset that we aren't emotionally present it's doubly insulting because it feels like we are letting you down emotionally and that how hard we work isn't appreciated.

I fail to make a convincing enough justification to compensate for the misery I've caused and I'm pulled out of my Yaris by my neck. It’s practically become a full time job to respond to all the customer emails wondering where orders are. It’s overwhelming.
